    We had a dusting on top of the frost here this morning also.

    I think they are just playing at weather warnings for Scotland now. Yesterday yellow warning for wind.........dead calm! This morning, wind blowing the car doors off the hinges. Just a day out I suppose!

    Frost here this morning. Car said 1.5Deg. Can't tell what it was on the weather station as the outside part has run out of juice. Hopefully get it back up and running at the weekend.

    I had some meatballs and mash tonight under candle and torchlight. Put a pan of water on the gas to do the dishes. It’s since come back on back on YAY !!!

    First frost of the year this morning. Temp on weather station says 1.1Deg. Car window was frozen solid.

    We seen the first ones last week. The strange thing was they seemed to be flying in circles. Maybe they couldn't make their mind up if it was time or not? Last few mornings have felt like it's time though. Definitely a cooler feel.

    We had a serious light and sound show at around 1:15. Power went off for about 2 hours according to the oven clock.

    Yeah you’re right and that’s my point they are using selective terms from different agencies to make it seem worse than it is.

    Is no one else reading the BBC News and thinking this is a major over reaction? “National Emergency Declared” didn’t they already hit 38.7 in 2019? Don't remember a national emergency then. I think the new system just came out last year but they make it seem like it’s the worst ever. If it hits 40 then that’s 1.3 deg more. The only thing I can find that happened then was rail disruption. BBC = Daily Express heres hoping for a decent breakdown. .

    Yeah, the hail was big today in East Kilbride while i tried to teach my boy and girl twins to drive, it did not go well. Instructor says they are good I feel he is lying!
