    Funny you say that, my daughter phoned from the school earlier. She was sitting in her car watching kids come off the buses and immediately falling. Just a mess here this morning. A slight frozen dusting as was expected.

    It’s -7.1 here with a big blob of precipitation coming in from the west. Surely can’t be rain?

    Not sure of the terminology but last night Mars went behind the moon for a while. Think it's called Lunar occulation of Mars?

    -5.8c here this morning. Think this equaled the lowest temp from the beginning of the year. -5.8c and me and the boy go off to work with just a jumper on! Luckily mine is a Christmas jumper so protects me from the cold!

    I think they are just playing at weather warnings for Scotland now. Yesterday yellow warning for wind.........dead calm! This morning, wind blowing the car doors off the hinges. Just a day out I suppose!

    Frost here this morning. Car said 1.5Deg. Can't tell what it was on the weather station as the outside part has run out of juice. Hopefully get it back up and running at the weekend.

    I had some meatballs and mash tonight under candle and torchlight. Put a pan of water on the gas to do the dishes. It’s since come back on back on YAY !!!
