    Well Mr John Hammond has just issued a blog stating 'Britain's icy blast set to last ' ISSUED AT 17.42pm The cold will last through to at least the end of next week, in line with UKMO/ECM!! http://www.bbc.co.uk...atures/21066768

    Being on the North side of Arreton downs , we always seem to have a better chance of snow here at Wootton. I think this happened 2/2.5 years ago! Showing 4c here at the moment.

    Hello Everyone, First time post, watched from the outside for 5 / 6 years now. Paul, I think it might be there a week on Friday! certainly a 50/50 chance. December 12th 1981 all over again!! Anyone remember this one? Exciting times.
