You mean they are not expecting any significant change in weather imminently and/or they have less money to spend and have to be careful over this Winter what they spread?
I just don't think people should be reading anything into what could be just another planning meeting about budgets and staffing etc etc just yet. Unless you can give us more precise details that say otherwise?

Rain appears to have stopped (only just noticed so it may have stopped a while ago), sorting out washing and cleaning as I am staying snug indoors today (do need to venture out but only as far as the recycling bin in the garden:D )
wish i was staying in today agreed to a double shift ,i must be a mug

Morning all,
By jove, it is cold this morning. So much for being stubborn and not digging the winter coat out this morning. Really regretting standing there in a thin cardigan waiting for the train this morning. That wind chill is certainly a shock to the system!!

Thank you for all the support appreciated,
Went to see her this morning she was okay had been sick, went back home with her about 11am she was sick in the car on the way home and has slept all day, I had to go innto work so have been in from 12 now going back to hers now.
Hospital said that she is fine but needs another MRI scan
i glad that she feel a little bit better all the best to both of you,to the weather cool gray morning here in kt3,

The thread is already blowing up, I feel I might take a break from posting in the model thread, it's kind of getting ridiculous and newbies are being misled by people saying that there will be sunny and frosty weather when frankly the pattern has grey and cool written all over it.

On another note, girlfriend got rushed to hospital this morning after having a seizure so I am a bit of a mess

wow its mild out there went out for a short jog started sweating in seconds,got me by suripse even with the drizzel,gray wet,the odd guest of wind(nuthing to do with me) and sum rain,
