    I know, it's so frustrating. Just give is some heavy snow. I wanna go play!

    And yet just down the road in Medway it's barely snowing at all. It's weird because normally in Medway Lordswood and Walderslade are snow magnets!

    Woke up to a light covering on everything. Not enough to play in but it looks pretty.

    Very light snow here. Zero progress being made. Hopefully it will pick up overnight.

    And it's stopped. Hopefully a brief interlude.

    It's finally beginning to settle!!! Obviously temps have dropped enough. Now if we can just maintain snowfall through the night and tomorrow...

    Rapid melt going on here. Unless the temperature plummets and the snow picks up significantly then this has been a bust. I don't think I can even class it as layering or a proper snow event as it just hasn't settled properly!

    It keeps melting when the snow gets lighter so when it picks up again it has to recover. Not really getting anywhere.

    Coming down nicely now in Medway and sticking to grass and cars but not settling on concrete which we need it to really to get a good build up.

    Annoying how it seems Essex and Surrey are getting a fair bit and here in Medway, nothing.

    Very light snow started here. Not a chance of it laying.

    Still chucking it down with rain, no sign of snow yet.

    The predicted rain hasn't really happened in any significant way yet. Not sure if that's a good or bad thing. Edit: it's chucking it down.

    I do hope the heavy rain predicted for 12 hours before the snow doesn't hamper the snow laying too much.

    I will remain healthily pessimistic but this is the best it's looked so far for Medway IMO this whole winter.

    Very jealous seeing all the snow elsewhere. Not had any since BFTE, feel like I've forgotten what it looks like!

    I'm not even going to count the minute of very light snow we had earlier as snow. So currently no snow for me since BFTE of 2018!

    Nothing here in Medway, doesn't even look like it wants to snow.

    Rapidly warming up here. Thick frost that was on everything this morning has now melted.

    Been downgraded at the last minute from heavy snow followed by light snow for 8 hours down to rain and sleet. Disappointed but not surprised.

    The smallest of snow in Walderslade, lasted about 30 seconds. Hopefully a sign of more to come tomorrow.
