    GFS 06z is tastey. Must get some lightning shots with the SLR but its so convenient shooting video from your phone and capturing stills! What a great period this is!

    Best lightning ive witnessed for some years. But sadly not a direct hit. I wonder what it is about Bristol. Anyway, I was able to stand outside and watch it all pass by me about 6 miles to my east. Still witnessing some fantastic forks and hearing the thunder rumble on in the distance. I want more!

    Yeah its been an all too common theme this year. I have a good feeling about this one though. Just hoping for a direct hit! If nothing tonight, then Saturday has to deliver surely!
