In laws have a thunderstorm in Blackburn and have just sent this piccie.

Yea :lol: Too clear! lol. Odd fluffy bits here and there but nothing promising. The predicted 28c hasn't come off! Topped 24 dropped off to 23 now.

Heartbreaking isn't it Coast! Whats worse is apart from the temps everything else is in place to go bang!! If there was more stuff to add it wouldn't be as upsetting. But to know that its all up there waiting makes me go ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGHJH!!!

I'm very happy with my dew point that is sat at 17.2. So not an issue there. It's the damn temp that's gonna be a hard one to break. Sitting at 18.5c and rising very slowly. I'm personally gonna give it til 330-4pm and if nowt has broken out by then then its game over for me I recon. Although my confidence right now is sitting at 10% if that!

So *should* it ever happen what dew points and more importantly temp's should we look for?

Nothing here yet. But it is getting a bit brighter cloud so it's trying.

I'm joining the club. It's been so long I actually can't remember the last time I had a storm! I really thought it was last night I was gonna loose my storm 09 "virginity" I think I only had one last year but I can't remember.

The quality was not a problem for me. But yes to get a good sound I had to have my volume practically high up as I could.
