    Yes we have had about 3 1/2 inches. Actually looking out it appears to begin to thaw on the garage roof. But could be a very slow thaw. Its quite bad. I've not seen any buse's go round this morning. People were at the stop but went home again. Hardly any cars. But lots of families, mums and dads out with the kiddies and lots of sleighs in the park. Fantastic for the kids.

    Wow for sure! I went to bed at 3am. Slept til 6:30 and was wide awake til 730 as was so excited LOL. I feel like a 3 year old! (more than normal) Gonna go back and try for a few more hours kip I think. And try to be here before lunch for the "main" event and see what transpires!

    Just watched the bbc weather online and seems liek the main areas to miss out are Sussex and Hampshire close to where the low is sitting. Shows no dumping here.
