    use to live in shrewsbury and often we would miss out telford has that little bit of height on its side. Barriers are up in ironbridge for first time this winter.

    The rain is alot more intense than forecast currently. Dont think the press have seen the charts still hyping over snow for next week! As i posted does seam to be breaking up now

    Been driving all over wales today from north to south currently 20 miles from swansea. Been through some really hefty showers lightning and thunder n hailstones for good measure.!!

    Fairly stormy outside this mornin. Had to get up to repair tge garden gate at 2am but dry looking at the radar a few hours of rain to come and rivers are responding quickly in welsh hills, with another front due later

    Ironbridge road jackfield side of the river. That whole bank is moving 2m a year closer to the severn they say. Yea remember the last time was on smithfield been a while and 60-70m expected over next week!

    Always the same! Having said that the severn is very swollen with alot more rain comining over next 10 days could become interesing? You hear about the hole that opened up on ironbridge road the other day?

    Looks like a good collection coming shropshires way. Will prob break up as soon as it hits the border mind. Looking good for a warm day on thurs no mega breakdown on The way in the near future :-) There is electrical activity in that lot too
