Passed through a couple of storms today both around Swindon, first one around 11.30 torrential rain some nice lightning, and pretty much the same as we left for home, just out side Swindon about 12.30.
Oooooo Well done Flaggywoo  so Froggy didn't find a new and exotic bug then *sigh*
Just as well Flaggy isn't as unhelpful as you
I shall hug him and squeeze him and name him George
Well I think I am gonna call it a night and go to bed all despondant and disappointed, if it all kicks off wake me up
night all and good luck to those waiting up.
Now go do your job and get lots of lovely photo's for me My camera is set up ready and waiting so that is likely to jinx me! Just hoping it doesn't all fizzle out before it gets here.
Nick is it likely to fizzle?
once again I put to the west of me when I meant the east and have decided tracking it all from my bed on my phone is not good enough, just been out in the garden and still pretty constant to the east and I am sure I can hear distant rumbles.
Anyone on the south coast tell me if its still looking good down there?
looks like to the west of here is getting some serious action, almost constant lightning in the distance, looking at strikestar its up to 16 strikes per minute.
Nice pictures Yok! and W
