lost track of time now Well today has been a really good day ciggie wise, thought about them a couple of times but not had one craving, today is the first time not smoking hasn't bothered me :lol: I don't feel the need to have mints or keep my mind off of them! Which is not bad concidering I am running on a couple of hours sleep! Though I might start sleeping better at night once I gave up but that hasn't happened yet

Well I had a bit of a hic cup today, woke up thinking of ciggies, think I must have been dreaming about them, and just couldn't shake the feeling I really needed one, and I bloody gave in Wish I hadn't though, it was horrid, made me feel sick... not doing that again thats for sure!!

Well last night was a bit interesting to say the least... My lad came back from the skate park in pain, he had fallen off of his bike put his hand down to stop himself, and his elbow was really killing him. Joe decided it was better to get him checked out so off down the hospital they went... at this point both Joe and I are thinking ciggies, need a ciggie...... They x-rayed and couldn't see enough so we have to wait and see if the pain goes over the next couple of days, if it doesn't take him back But we managed to get through that without having a ciggie :lol: Found it easier late last night, only had one craving about 1am. This morning I have found much easier too. If I can make it through today I will be really chuffed with myself MAAAAAAAAAAAADE IT!!!!! Even thought my computer gave up on me and I started to beat the crap out of it, I still got threw today without a ciggie!! And Joe too even though he spent the afternoon trying to get it up and running for me! Thank you babe.
