Hello folks, Do any European countries have regularly updated weather videos similar to the met office or BBC to see details on incoming weather? We are travelling around Europe camping during Sept and it would be great to be able to watch a video as sometimes the animation helps understand the incoming weather more than just the symbols on the weather apps. I've done some digging but have come up empty bar a few very out of date YouTube videos. If you know of any, please post the links below and it may help other members travelling too. Any help much appreciated Thanks

Storms and Convective discussion - 1st May 2022 onwards

Cell tracking NNE of Liverpool delivering some more lightning now. Can just about hear it in Chorley. Typical all small cells earlier today headed NE which would have been a direct hit, but this one seems to be heading more NNE and will skim past to the west of me. -
Been a great show in Chorley, Lancashire but not nearly what some are reporting but some nice gunshot CG's very close by. Looks like a second area heading north just crossing the Mersey. Is anyone on this? Worth waiting for or is just just a rain event? Not much showing up on the lightning maps from what I can see!

Convective/Storm Discussion Thread - 8th July onwards

Right over me in Leyland. Came outta absolute nowhere. Heavy rain, 3-4mm hail and some really loud rumbles from a number of CG strikes. That moved off with very impressive looking skies in between, strikes from both sides of me, west and east as the 2nd line approached. Mostly IC but some cracking rumbles, no hail and only moderate rain considering what it looked like on radar. Properly took me by surprise as I had no idea there was anything even remotely forecast for this evening. When I looked at BBC at lunch it was rain this morning, sunny intervals this afternoon and then just clouds overnight. Moderate rain from some high level clouds now the main band has passed, but I can see the clear skies behind very clearly. I guess I'm just under the anvil? -

Already fizzling out now its north of blackpool. The main band has weakened significantly too. Very light rain now in Eccleston. -

Just missed me to the west of Chorley, light bit of rain and a distant rumble, wind has dropped significantly, just waiiting for the main band of rain to arrive. -

I doubt we'll get anything over in Lancs today Feels too cold. Unless someone can comfort me? I've been craving storms since the madness at the beginning of June! The cell north of Leeds looks incredible on radar! 96+ strikes per min -
If its anything like wednesday, there was nothing even mildly exciting on any radars at 9:30, by 10PM all hell had broken loose and storms had gone from nothing to full blown heavy rain and CG strikes. Looks like its going to take some time to get up to me in the NW, if it hits us at all. I was hoping for a repeat of Wednesday! It was incredible.
