Good morning all, a hot sticky night again here in Swindon.This morning it's all blue skies with a slight 'haze' to it,and 23c.I think the haze will burn off shortly,giving us another hot and sticky day,

Light cloud here at first,but most has burnt off now, temp is 23c at 10.25am.

Not as hot today, top temp was 29c,which then backed off to 27c.Very humid though,so was very 'sticky'.Bring on them storms!!!!

Well 12.20pm now, clear skies still and 28c. Phew!!

Around 1800 the sky darkened,and produced a few drops of rain.Strange thing was the wind,it really picked up strong,maybe due to convection??

Swindon 1537, sweltering 32c (shade),lots of blue sky some cloud. Andy Brown, you are not too far from me,.........yes, there does seem to be activity in Somerset,and to the south of Bristol.

Currently 28c in the shade in the back garden.Fairly cloudy too,with spells of sunshine.I'm soooooo glad i've got this week off work!

Hi all.....just got back from France (west coast) where the temps were hittings 35-36c each day!! This honestly DOES feel cooler to me! Last night here in Swindon,temp was 22c at 23.00 hrs, glad i've got a ceiling fan in my bedroom!

Here in Swindon,we've had a shower of rain, dry now at 21.20 but clouding over again.Radar is showing tomorrows rain edging east.

Morning all, hope you lot in the south east enjoyed the storms last night! This morning it is 23c at 10.42am sunny with variable cloud,and a brisk s/westerly wind.Can't be too bad as the missus is sun bathing!

Hi all, yesterday(Fri) we had a cloudy morning,giving way to drizzle by 11.30 am.Late afternoon and evening the skys cleared and we had a fairly clear warm evening.

Hi, thanks for the welcome all! Quite a dissapointing night for Swindon,a few rumbles and rain around 3.00pm and that's all! :roll: Today (thurs) there is heavy rain,temp 16c at 1.48pm.There does seem to be a storm rumbling around the forest of Dean area towards the Welsh border.

...Hi Miss Snow Lover.Over here in Swindon it's raining and that's all :cry: Nice to have a bit of coooooler weather as trying to sleep last night was murder. I think storms might move North later in the day,once this band of rain is out of the way.
