    Snowing and settling everywhere in Crowborough. Maybe an an inch and a half so far!

    It’s stopped here now in Crowborough. It’s been absolute carnage on the roads, I was out trying to slow down traffic on our road for a bit as there was an incident, we are on a b road and bus route, haven’t seen snow like this on the road before! I’d say we finished up with about 4 or 5 inches. School is closed for the kids so everyone is very happy here.

    Heavy snow in Crowborough, it’s been falling for about half an hour and settling. Massive flakes, like goose feathers!

    Evening all, first foray in here for this winter. Hope you are all well. I must say I thought it might be busier… my socials are full of snow predictions for next week?!? Surely not?! Fingers crossed though, some of the charts I’ve seen floating around are pretty exciting! Happy snowchasing y’all, let’s hope 21/22 is a winter to remember for all the right reasons eh?!

    We have just had a little flurry in Crowborough, then stopped and now seems to be starting again. Tiny flakes.

    Gorgeous sunrise in Crowborough too, can’t wait for the snow to start, this is my third January living here and with 186m elevation I’ve been dying to see what difference that makes to how much snow we will get. This is first proper snow event since we’ve been here. So excited!!!

    It’s a beautiful morning so I was just going to take the dog out but there are lumps of ice falling from the trees! Never seen anything like it. Think I will wait till it stops before we go out, some of the lumps are pretty big! IMG_2933.MOV

    We did very well last night - I think we had about 5/6 cms this morning. Still got a lot of lying snow now too.

    Proper settling snow and still snowing... and that road is the main bus route Brighton to Tunbridge Wells through Crowborough. Not fancying the school run tomorrow!
