  5. I have had problems getting in touch with friend in Central Cuba and after several days managed to speak to someone yesterday. I was then told they had had an earthquake stong enough to shake the buildings and they had no power for three day. Can anyone tell me where i can find out more like strength and epicentre.

  11. I noticed that for the third time tomas has been upgaded to a cat1 hurricane. Can anyone say how often a depression keeps going and is re-categorised this many times.
