    Just went out and measured. Just under 5cm on my patio so far - quite light now here - 4/5 on Murr scale

    I'd say 2-3cm here in Benfleet so far (tho haven't measured). Still quite fine snow though very persistent. Hoping for heavier bigger flakes ....

    If the thames streamer happens, where would this most likely affect? i am useless at maps etc I will keep lamp post watching for a bit to see if any of the bits left from today make it into south essex, doubtful though!

    Anyone here around the Chilham area in Kent? My boss is up here with us in Basildon (no snow) and needs to know if he should start to make his way back home earlier than usual today! Thanks in advance
