Going to enjoy tonight. I have no idea what is going to happen with regards to what falls out of the sky. Have really enjoyed this cold spell I can't remember snow on so many consecutive days. I was born dec 27 1978 apparently a big snowfall then. All the best to everyone on here. I have learnt so much on here in the past few weeks and will do in the future. Many thanks mark

John Hammond just said amber warning coming for north London also said big question for south east as a whole but there will be some snow. Sounds like maybe like a short term upgrade maybe

It's getting quite a bit heavier in chessington but has a sleety element to it. You can hear it hitting the ground.

I agree Daniel. I remember when I was younger it was raining and turned to snow. For some reason I can't remember I went to a puddle and scooped my hand through and toy amazement there was snow within the puddle. Also on that occasion it had rained for hours before. Mid 90s in chessington

Thats a myth. Once dew points and temperatures drop it'll settle whether the ground is wet or not. I've seen snow settling on puddles before

Hi John. Thankyou for all your input on here. I don't normally post that often but have felt I need to tonight. You're work on this forum is an inspiration to me and I think to many others that do not post that often. Thank you John and chin up mate.
