OMG I cant believe how much that has faded, it was heading straight for me!

Yeah I think it will be 45mins to an hour before it reaches here, hopefully doesn't fizzle out!

Would you be happier, if I didn't comment Bobbarley?
Don't be silly Smithy of course i'm delighted you're back, just don't get so stressed out about the weather. I'm sure some us especially those close to the coast lie me niss out on the snow more often than you do it. It's just that much sweater when you strike it lucky!

Been tracking this blob off the north coast for the past hour, think its going to miss though!
-
Hopefully third time lucky frostyjoe can stay a bit longer?

Beep forecast not encouraging, just talking about sleet and snow on the hills
-
Looking forward to tonight, hope it’s a pasting like Tuesday
-
Met Office text update sounds reasonably good for tonight

My goodness massive big snowflakes, struggling to lie except on the existing snow. Wasn’t expecting it, forecast was for sleet/ rain here

Nice spot the -ve area corresponds to the original amber warning area

Also now coming in off the sea so a thaw is likely

Back from my walk, freezing and success by the fact my footprints were covered by the time I got back. Unfortunately the wind changed NorthWesterly so I didn't get the entire band of snow that I thought.
-
If u look at the radar no sign of the north coast showers weakening at the moment
-
Eating my dinner having a beer, getting ready for a long walk just when those showers arrive

Well that blob that fizzled out actually managed to leave a light covering. Its so cold it stuck, next one looks good. Once these showers pick up later on I think we'll all do well out of this
