only 2cm here but its all melted now

snow lying around 2cm now from a heavy blizzard shower earlier on in the night. had two more light snow showers - one was fairly heavy and settled to about 0.5cm on dry surfaces, the other was just a flurry. please let there be more later!

very chilly with an odd flake a little earlier here is my view on how this cold will be from now onwards currently cold and looking icey out, 0c. sorry if it doesn't work

heavy snow - settling right snow looks bad - 1cm at mo. finished now and skies clearing - 0c - ware in hertfordshire.

had 1 snow shower this morning but didn't settle (number 1) had another at around 9 just small pellets had one at about 2pm, large ish pellets, settled at first but then metled number four - just had a few flakes from a nearby quite severe heavy snow shower - no settle so as you can see bad luck for me in hertfordshire currnetly cloudy with a strong northeasterly wind - very chilly at 2c.

had some wintry icey rain earlier, nothing special. i'm sad again - i need snow

it raining....no snowing....ok its sleet and horrible strong wind ..... wheres all the now promised??????

a very very dark cloud coming with the sun out just had another sleety shower, number 5 for today! all others have been snow however. cloud is looking very ominous and large rainfall on radar looks like it is coming now. wish me luck i'll report back if anything happens. currnetly 4c.

snow pellets falling in a shower, on and off, setlled but just melting now also. 4c here in ware hertfordshire

Strange temperature last night...it was -1.5c at 10pm...cloudy, sort of misty cloud and very, very cold breeze. In the morning at 6am, temperature had risen to 1 or 2c, different cloud, more like stratus. So then, no frost. :blink: No snow either tho lol. Currently in Ware, Hertfordshire : Temp : 2.3c Min : -1.5c Max (yesterday) : 4c Wind : North : 4mph Wind chill : 4c Cloud : stratus Forecast : light drizzle/sleet later 'tis all i can tell you for now.

A slight dusting on the floor this morning, about 0.1cm cover on some of the tables. As said above, pretty uninspriring! Not particularly good. ware, hertfordshire

Had a snow shower with a covering of about 1cm on pavements and grass. Cold at about 0c. Lets hope for more. (Ware, Hertfordshire)

Had a heavy hail shower here in hertfordshire!!!!!! just now!!!!! very windy!!!!!!! just about settled but has melted now i think. if there was any covering it was only on cars and rooves and less than 1cm certainly pretty wintry! :lol: :o

Just got extremely windy. Now I'm just waiting for the rain!

Hello Everyone, As a new member to the Forum, please forgive me if I post wrongly or do something stupid, but I'm sure I'll soon get used to the forum discussion! As for weather here, i'm not entirely sure of the weather, but I think its quite cloudy with a strong westerly breeze. Very mild too for the time of year at 12C, I think the rain is on its way also. Hoping for some snow sometime, maybe tomorrow night! But nothing too much yet, its only november anyway. Tommy
