    Hearing of loads of accidents locally already all roads are like a sheet off ice, if we get anymore snow on top itll be nightmares tomorrow morning.

    Well after a whole day of snow and little accumulation it's now frozen solid out there and way cold enough for it to stick but the radar don't look good with the band weakening. Its saying snow all night for our area but I'm failing to see that right now.

    We are half that in hullbridge just abit more westward movement please. Didnt think it was going to happen this morning. Seen some great photos of southend settling on the roads...

    It's just starting getting heavier in hullbridge I can see the heavier precip over southend,I think we are just on the edge here hullbridge.just a little push west we'll be in the heavier stuff.

    Just got to the stables in hockley and wow what a difference it is really starting to come down now in a really strong easterly. We are really high here at the top of the hills but wow what a difference from home 5 mins away in hullbridge

    I see this post on facebook 2 days ago they was moving east to west...I thought surely that's a sign of cold weather front the east. Time will tell

    I see your point,it's been pretty accurate for me in the past for wind but just seems all over the place at the moment. Just wondered why this was does this reflect the models at the moment being all over the place? Does xc use the gfs? Cheers lewis

    Bit of a lurker here but I have noticed with xc weather that I believe uses the gfs model?for the last few days the mornings runs have been showing snow cold easterlys for sunday coming then that's quickly changes to no snow moderate or no easterly abit later in the day..is that because its using different runs? Which is likely right or wrong does anyone know? Here's the 2 screenshots from this morning and now. It's been doing this for 3 days .Any info much appreciated. Thanks lewis

    Well whilst fitting a new exaust to my partners car here in hullbridge the heavens finally opened......it was rain again been looking forward to this event for 3 days will we ever see snow again in Essex

    Shocking isn't it....there was a few flakes in the air first thing here in hullbridge now the main band is over us and theres nothing falling not even rain

    Was Heavey snow at 5 am then woke up to a slushy mess in hullbridge essex. Still abit on the cars and grass. Just a little colder it would of looked alot different. Back to snow again as I speak
