The Dark sky weather app is owned by apple and use the GFS for their forecasts ( hence the no snow for the SE at present) let’s hope that changes in the next hour or so

what forecast says only snow to the north ?
As Only the GFS has a poor run for us in the SE, UKMO, ECM, GFSp and others all still showing an easterly arriving on Sat/Sun, so still a high probability of the easterly arriving .

I know they use different model data but it’s funny how yesterday the BBC weather had light snow forecasted for me for Sat with that changing to sleet in this mornings update , but the met office have done the opposite with sleet and one hour of light snow forecasted yesterday for Sat that has changed this morning to an hour of heavy snow and then light snow for 3/4 hours on Sat.
I’m pretty sure it will be similar to last Sunday though with cold rain with a bit of sleet mixed in

Looking at the BBC weather forecast the snow today fizzles out as it heads south hope it’s wrong though !!

Seems ours chances are increasing for us to at least see some white stuff falling from the sky tomorrow . Mine weather app has now updated from heavy rain to heavy snow for tomorrow evening !!

They were taking over the thread it was getting so repetitive seeing them saying the same thing day after day and replying to everyone’s messages. Such a better read in the Mad thread without them tonight Hopefully Steve may make a reappearance now , or at least in this thread
