    Hammering it down now. Probably heaviest snow of the winter... If only or was settling on roads! So frustrating.

    Massive upgrade on Met Office for London. Earlier was showing all sleet symbols, now heavy snow from 9pm to 3am straight.

    I can't even get excited over the possibility of a few cms of snow when parts of NE US have close to a meter of snow.

    MetO have heavy snow symbol at 1800 hours for london on Sunday, with snow forecast overnight too. Hopefully this is the case.

    Ugh. This winter has been sooooo annoying. Looks like we're missing out again. Still, though, it's funny how we'll take a few cm of snow. Boston looks like it's getting in excess of 20inches overnight. I can only dream of something like that.

    Very disappointing tonight. Looks like a lot of areas are getting hammered, but we got absolutely nothing! And don't know what the hell is going on with the radar. It showed intense ppn over me numerous times but nothing of the sort was actually falling...

    It's the most frustrating thing when all the heavy snow is sliding just a few miles to the south west, with you missing it all! Was hoping we'd get a few cm's top up after looking at the radar this afternoon but I don't know what happened. All leftovers are just melting here now.

    It's been snowing for over an hour here, but quite lightly with the odd heavier burst but not laying. It's horrible because there are reports that just a few miles south west it's hammering it down. SO FRUSTRATING!!!

    Wow, that was so cool! Was just looking out the loft room window, and the snow was light. Then all of a sudden BAM, within literally a second, it turns heavy and now it's coming down quite well!
