    The forecast was really quite wrong for parts of London and Surrey. I was expecting 2-3cm, but I've got MUCH more than that, and it's still snowing heavily.

    Met office has heavy snow symbol for London still at 18:00 this evening!

    Just been in the park. Still snowing quite heavily here and there's about 10cm on the grass including Friday's depth. Much more than I was expecting today.

    That line of heavy snow currently hammering London just keeps streaming up from the channel. Long may it continue!

    Heaviest it's been all day now! That heavy area of ppn is just coming into south London now. I really didn't expect to see this much here so it's been a great day so far

    Yes, seems to be moving more northwards now. If that is the case, there's a heavier area of snow showing on the radar that'll spread across south London very soon.

    Really coming down quite hard now! Flakes still not that big but a decent size. Looking a lot like it was on Friday.

    I don't understand...from the radar it doesn't even look like it's heading for the UK at all? Is it expected to be blown west?

    Met office snow warning updated. Now further west covering London and parts of Surrey.

    Area of heavy snow on radar looks like it's heading for South London again!

    Looks like that heavy pulse of snow currently on the border of East and West Sussex is moving north into South London.
