    Just drove past the gritters here in Whitstable . It's been a bright sunny but cold day . Fingers crossed for a dumping of the white stuff ( I'd also be happy with a fine scattering )

    All that lovely snow showing on uk snow map lucky people ! . Please please let it snow in whitstable my children get so excited at the prospect . If no snow here hope everyone else who wants a bit of the white stuff gets bucket loads.

    Finally saw snow in Whitstable this morning light and only lasted a short while but it was still snow .

    Nothing in whitstable but sunshine . Meto suggesting heavy rain at midday ( secretly I'm crossing my fingers for snow ) anything but blasted rain...

    Looking at met office map for tomorrow looks like I'm not quite in amber although this may upgrade tomorrow . Think my neck of the woods has been very fortunate compared to others .
