    Strong gusts here in whitstable just woke me up not persistent though . Little rain . Scared the craapple out of me though that was gust!

    Reasonably heavy ish rain in whitstable . My ears hurt and I have a stinking headache which could be due to pressure but more likely due to storm watching since Friday . Winds also picking up

    The gust icon on metoffice app has decreased for my neck of the woods and it's very calm here at moment . Hope everyone stays safe I'm actually getting quite excited about this storm as long as I don't lose my roof :-)

    I'm getting a bit confused. On here people are suggesting this 'storm' could be quite memorable but on severe weather discussion a few seem to be playing it down . Obviously no one can be sure what's going to happen yet but surely something is ? Quite breezy in whitstable today already

    Why us net weather still saying 100% chance of snow for my area in whitstable starting from 12 today but had nothing at all .....freeeeezing cold however !

    I'm in whitstable hoping to loads of the white stuff today and over the weekend !! Greedy or what !!

    I keep checking on here . Earlier I was doing the snow dance thinking whitstable was getting snow , now I'm just confused as there seems to be concerns that it may miss south east coasts ? Fingers crossed and obvs will know more come Friday :-)
