  1. Well BBC had the snow just about hitting East Kent Friday and then Saturday showed it in the Lower North Sea HOWEVER that wuld of moved through us in the early hours Saturday. Atleast we was in the warning zone, but then so was rest of the U.K lol
  2. It'll reach us imo it's just a case of what it has left in the tank when it does.
  3. I asked this afternoon but nobody replied so I'll try again... With the winds swtiching to a NE'ly on Saturday would that help to hold the front over us longer?
  4. Knowing our luck it still wouldn't come off after all 13 is unlucky for some (2013) LOL
  5. The update for me in ME5 went from Midday Friday till 06:00 Sunday LOL oh how I wish that comes off !! not as confident just yet.
  6. Well bit of a downgrade to my Kent Snow Map I'm afraid but often there is with these types of events and like I said plenty of time for things to change again. But after the latest outputs, knowledge from the more experienced posters and also media here is the updated map.
  7. Yeah not good but we have been here before, we just gotta keep the faith and hope for a change, there still time.
  8. Not updated my snow risk map for Kent just yet BUT there may be some downgrades to % and depth I'm afraid, but you never know, always time for it to build again.
  9. Lovely jubbly, this should boost things http://modeles.meteociel.fr/modeles/wrfnmm/nmm-1-60-0.png?16-19
  10. Well I'm happy so far I have to say... Off now for a glass of red wine and beef stew, will be back later to enjoy more model watching and watching this event unfold

  13. Ok my latest Kent Snow risk map update, a slight change to lunchtimes update based on the latest outputs.
  14. In the 24hrs I have been a member and been posting in this regional thread I'm amazed at the amount of people that need to be assured
  15. Have you noticed the wind change on Saturday into a NE'ly? that could keep it over us a touch longer imo
  16. I think because so far this winter there been so many let downs, people think this one will be also so there will always be abit of caution. I must admit in terms of depth I'm still unsure at this stage, the hot spots could see 10cm+ but I think a safer bet would be to say 5/10cm widely apart from the far East Coast of Kent at this stage. My Kent Snow Risk Map will be updated later this evening.for anyone remotely interested lol
  17. Doesn't look like a breakdown anytime soon to me http://www.meteociel.fr/ukmo/runs/2013011612/UN144-21.GIF?16-17
  18. Reason I ask the above is because some are suggesting tomorrows runs will shift it back west and for Friday we could remain cold and dry, I don't see it personally.
  19. So are we all in agreement that snow is coming and now it's just a case of how much and for how long? I'm waiting till later this evening before I alter my fun kent snow map
  20. The meto for a while have had us down for over a 24hr snow event and everything is backing that up. Even on my meto app it agrees lol
  21. HOLD on? Does it not expect to settle? how odd? http://expert-images...011812_1612.gif
