I am still thinking positive and will certainly be watching the radar well into early hours, but the current forecast doesn't look as good as they did 12 hours ago.

Surely the amber warning should be lifted? Doesn't look like we will be seeing an awful lot now..

Met Office forecast a fair few hours of light snow for me, but as mentioned I wouldn't panic yet because I checked a location 10 minutes from me and they have forecast nothing. Its a bit of a mess atm. Every hour I notice a change.

I honestly thought that the warning would have been lifted this morning after the awful outcomes from yesterdays runs. So today has been a shock for me and probably many of you. I defiantly didn't expect to be under the amber. However, I'm still hoping for a second shift north in the coming hours to get everyone in the game and I have faith! Good luck and also good luck to those who are planning an allnighter with the radar. Have a great mothers day!

I haven't even seen a covering this winter so IMO it would be nice to see the snow falling itself, regardless of it settling.

Just rain rain and more rain today. Not seen much snow this winter, only one day which gave a 5 minute (if that) shower, more sleety than anything, nothing settled.

Mostly had heavy rain this year so far. Seen snowfall this morning giving a slight dusting, all gone within an hour. 1/10 for snow (Probably being generous). Though last winter was even worse, didn't even see a flake. Still keeping positive and hoping for another cold spell which is in my favour.
