-

-
Thunder and lightning now being seen and heard in SW london. Pictures to follow.
-
clear blue sky and 20c with a gentle breeze which is warm, reminds me of last summer in the south of spain when the sahara wind came, it was far too hot.
-
sunny, warm with a moderate westerly wind. Feeling warm and its easy to go out in a t-shirt. Temperature around 17c
-
i agree about that, looks like a dried up desert!
-
i agree, the old symbols did cover hundreds of miles and with the new ever improving graphics, its much more accurate as it actually goes under the clouds and shows the shadows on the ground.
-
im sure seeing white blankets being thrown in off the see wont fail to dissapoint.
-
i find it strange, dont know why i just do.
-
hi microburst, off topic here but i couldnt but notic that you live in cheam! Im in worcester park, literally about half a mile from you. strange!!

As already said in the other thread (now locked), please remember that Net-Weather cannot actually 'do' anything about the BBC, or the graphics it chooses to use, or whether or not any particular city or town is included in their forecasts.
If you have a gripe with or against the BBC please direct it to them and do not use Net-Weather as a platform to launch an attack at them (or each other).
Many thanks.

were not griping etc we just like to have a good chat about what we all think, theres nothing wrong with that. TWO have been going for 40 pages, they havent locked their topic so i dont understand why we all cant talk about something that is new and what we all want to talk about.

i saw a forecast this afternoon that showed temperature, pressure, wind and put the UK from an overhead view. I certainly dont think the current southern perspective is going to last long as one forecast can lead to another?
-
i have just seen on TWO, that some of the latest forecasts have out the view of the UK overhead to everyone can be seen evenly as well as isobars being seen and temperature. BBC are making changes now but only slowly they will adapt to everyones taste.
-
and we get the best view on the new weather graphics
-
any more pictures?

Great photos there, wish i was out there as well, proves how little thunderstorms and how little they are compared to the USA. amazing
-
after a lovely start its cloudy AGAIN in the SE! we missed out on all the thunderstorms the other week, the sunshine this week and now have to put up with a miserable wet, cold and windy weekend. My uncles driving back to spain, down in malaga its 30c by day now so i think i'll go back with him to stop myself getting ill from this cold.
-
ooks like there is a big amount of thunderstorms moving up from the channel, should affect all of the south during the next few hours. looking forward to some storms! come on..
-
sunny
14.0c
56% humidity
light breeze
gonna be a nice day!
-
getting annoyed now, everything is to the west of me in SW london, big clouds but there not coming this way, very irritating!
-
back to brilliant sunshine again now after a rumble of thunder no rain but looking around, things are just starting to kick off!
-
after a sunny morning, the clouds are getting blacker and much more threatening. forecast for the london region is localised thunderstoms so it could be:
the latest photo, everything has gone quiet and smells like a storm!
