2nd snow shower in twenty minutes giving a light dusting. Lasted 5 minutes or so and thawing rapidly. The snow is more pellet in form indicating a relatively limited layer of lower unstable air, not thick enough to allow proper snowflakes to form. The temperatures will drop away this afternoon, and the winds are starting to veer NNE. Hopefully the showers will become more frequent and push further inland. FFO.
