    Yep I seem to remember this as well 09/10 was freezing from about the 28th of November and kept getting colder......

    My gut feeling tells me that it will be very cold on Tuesday, Wed, Thursday and stay cold but not as cold through next weekend, after that I think temps will rise slightly until around the 27th and from then on we will see some proper cold with blocking develop.

    I do find it funny how when the models show milder weather everyone believes them.....

    How highly does everyone rate Brian Gaze from TWO? He is so biased towards mild and always like to put a dampener on all things cold. The man frustrates me!

    I really hope these charts come off and that last years huge disappointment doesn't happen again. I remember how annoyed I was last last year when the beast from the east was dead set on arriving then a few days before it was meant to hit, it disappeared. We have had proper season so far this year. Spring was cold/mild, Summer was hot and dry, Autumn has been windy and rainy with some cold now we just need the trend to continue........

    This November is really like 09/10 although it's actually colder right now than it was then. I think after the 22nd we will see a big change in the weather. Once Europe cools we will cool too. There must be so much cold air bottled up to the north of us. Anyone else feeling excited?

    I want cold as much as the next person but it's not going to get cold here until Europe has cooled. Moscow is getting a heatwave at the moment.
