    i work in the facilities management mate.This is my second site as well as my regular one in liverpool.I guess as long as i have everything like security,cleaning etc in hand then theres nothing that cant wait until my next visit early next week.Im available on email and by phone so really shouldnt be an issue.Going to speak to my boss about half two after a meeting to see if he has any issues with me leaving about 3ish

    just popped out for lunch.seriously thinking about leaving around 3pm to get back home before it gets worse.That way i can take my time down the motorways and be safe in the house before it turns real nasty

    seriously contemplating an early dart home.I work in liverpool usually but am in Blackburn today,Its only a small hop down the m65,m6,m58,m57,but theres a lot of exposure there and really dont fancy that at 5pm! Do you think this justifies me leaving work early to get back to liverpool,genuine question?

    reminds me of wen i worked on the liverpool to dublin ferries many year ago,some atrocious conditions! getting your sea legs was one thing,staying upright regardless of how long youd been working on them was quite another,Its frightening at night,no lights around and being tossed and battered about.

    doesnt get any weather? come on, we had awesme snow last year and a few years back you could measure in feet! we had some amazing sotrms and high winds..Its been mental at times.Your last comment is very strange too!

    ullswater eh! rain here in Liverpool too..sick of it. Heading up your way sort of on the 14th feb.Going to Grasmere with the missus for valentines.Beautiful part of the country,love it round there, you are very lucky.Often thought about packing up and moving to the lakes but not sure what id do for work!!!
