  1. Parts of England but model does not show se in that set up. Unfortunately.
  2. South east Club should be called "sorry losers Corner" I really hate south east I may move. Once upon a time we got favoured for the best mild and warmest sun days in summer but that isn't a guaranteed anymore. This cold spell is a joke. Caution when reading some posts in the model thread needed. I have said it before and it looks as though again, northerlies seldom deliver to us southies.
  3. Do you think the ppn is headed our way Daniel and if so an eta ?
  4. Take a look in.the model thread....the models, have back tracked somewhat to a colder outlook. Charts are posted showing the low which could deliver nationwide. Check out Steve's analysis. Nice!!
  5. Sleep well as models have relented. It looks great lets keep the mood positive and informative so as to keep.newbies both interested and informed based upon an unbiased model based assessment as I have seen in here this morning. It's great guys!
  6. No! I won't have that......paint you've selected meticulously applied at home only to dry a completely different colour in hours lol
  7. I think looking at the radar the worst gusts are yet to. Arrive in our quarter. More intense rain on its way. Estimating between 1am_3am .....
  8. I remember medway well!! Nice n snug in herne bay lol! puss cat on my lap window open trees rustling getting gusty.....
  9. I'll be careful with my wind! Getting gusty here in herne bay now trees going crazy lol
  10. Never a good idea to.leave one's nose out in the cold ....glad you pulled it back in or it might have got frost bite
  11. Apologies guys! I was looking at netweather warnings. Oops. I can see that next Wednesday looks good for us I think snow chances....hope so it's always us that misses out!!
  12. Hi JoWeather warning for south east now from.met office!!
  13. Hi folks I fear a repeat of the last "northerly" shenanigans. It will be a question of the same old same old favoured areas for snow I would be EXTREMELY surprised if we see anything remotely snow-like falling from the skies from the model output. We need a north easterly or easterly. To get snow, a northerly has to have a sustained flow of at least a couple of days to even reach us! Just seeing it as is.....
  14. A thing of beauty....May she blossom into the snow maiden of models.....
  15. So.incredibly disappointing but experience tells me that northerly systems seldom deliver to the se., unless the flow is sustained long enough for it to penetrate far south enough to deliver the goods. It's the same old same old areas that will always do well Scotland Midlands Derbyshire etc., so not at all surprised so much as bored!
  16. Perhaps from imby point of view the south rarely does well out of this northerly set up. It takes time to get going and by the time the cold/precip reaches our part of the world, it's all over!! Still Thurs to Sunday feeling cold but I don't relish cold rain!
