    Any there any webcams of the Beaacons,there must be plenty of snow there and much of this winter there's been snow there.

    To be honest much of this snow is horizontal, It is also really windy here gusts of 50mph, I have never seen anything like it, I just with it could freeze tonight, otherwise much of it certainly on the pavements will be gone by morning :cry:

    More horizontal snow, window is nearly covered again, Snow accumulation growing on grass, settling again on pavements/ roads, after earlier thaw, cant see the snow lasting too long though on pavements when snow stops too wet underneath.

    It's starting to settle here, a good covering on the grass, and also trying to settle on roads, and Just to show how horizontal the snow is, the window is nearly covered, probably going the best snow event of the spring so far.

    Overnight Temp -5c :shock: now about +5, Some Snow left in shade, probably will last until tomorrow. Very Sunny though

    Snowing here a light dusting, I don't know if it's from the W, or from the N, I'd guess at from the west, I hope from the west as the band looks heavy on the 8Pm radar.

    AT 9am this morning there was 4-5 inches of level snow, but the sun got at it, and there are bits left in the shade, couple of inches though. So I am jealous. Seriously where does the lying snow start, I'm off tomorrow so I might just go a few miles to see some snow, if we don't get any more here that is.

    Very heavy snow here, probably about 4-5 inches, Heavy Snow also down to sea level Swansea beach has around 2 inches of level snow, I have got some photos, will try to download later. Road conditions atrocious and most schools closed, I think I chose the right day to have off work. [prebooked]

    Heavy Snow here now, Complete whiteout,the grass is also starting to be completely covered.

    Thick Snow covering on cars probably about an inch and on grass, thin covering on roads/ pavements, but main roads are clear

    I also didn't like the bit in "the Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe", where the snow melted, I too would have preferred it to stay. HOW SAD IS THAT
