Looking at the radar - seems the first of the fronts has just passed through.

Promising that it turned to snow readily in Inverness

New to the forum - congratulations on a great site

Have come to the air conditioned office today to escape the heat

Looks like the M11 Corridor is going to be the best bet today 32C at London City and Stansted at 10.50am and 31C at Cambridge at 10.20am

At least 2-3C up on Wednesdays values, still warming at 1-2C per hour!

Hopefully the cold front will hold off until later this afternoon. If it does, the record is a formality - I predict 39C somewhere in this area
