    County Wrexham, a thunderstorm wilderness. Mind we get revenge when winter comes............

    Thanks for that, explains why it died so quickly. The radar echos vanished rapidly after too. Did notice from a slightly cooler night before how the temperature seemed to rise at the time, then fall back again.

    If it had actually got here that is. Just spent 5 mins outside, no more flashes. Funny though, radar showing a lot of rain, but only a few odd drops falling?

    A few distant flashes South of here towards Oswestry, well spaced out though. Will be the first we've had all week here!!

    Snow in the North too around Wrexham area, quite heavy, sneaked in very quietly this one. Good webcam at Wrexham council site.
