Fair bit of rain the last couple of days, mainly in the south but I think we could be getting close to the 40mm mark for the month nationwide by midnight. Godber.1 looking favorite to win April with 10.5c and 42mm, really good going to be so close on both CET and rainfall.
RJS is in with a great chance on the CET forecast. It’s fair to say I’ve been lucky this month, but it’s been a long time coming. May will probably bring me back down to earth.

What does this Russian situation mean - does this mean the cold war is going to rear its head again?
With climate change, maybe they could re-name it the 'Luke warm war?

Take your children out of school if you don’t like what is being suggested.
My daughter is grown up, with her own child! Schools staying open is nothing more than an economic decision.

It would appear the 171 new cases released in the update were Scotland ONLY. Someone's published it a bit early by the looks of it. Expect a sharp rise once all the data is added later.
Scottish test numbers issued at 2pm today
A total of 4,895 Scottish tests have concluded. Of these:
- 4,724 tests were confirmed negative
- 171 tests were positive
The only problem with those figures is the vast majority of people who feel unwell are being told to self-isolate, whilst not being tested. In
fact they are only testing people in hospital. so the figures mean nothing, apart from the poor unfortunates that have succumbed to the virus.

The provisional value for June EWP is 115 mm. This is the scoring that will likely be maintained after any adjustments are made to that figure. Reef continues to lead the annual contest, Godber1 was almost right on the money for June and may end up even closer when they release a final value on the 5th. I will adjust this scoring table then (might just do it by editing this post, so check the link if you don't see a new post later).
116mm would be nice.
