Literally as you say that it goes ESE hear but expected to come back SSE until later this afternoon where it goes ESE again I assume that’s because of the pivot and it heading back through Kent ? I might be wrong haha

I agree but also looking at the movement’s on the radar I think most areas in Kent apart from Far East will be in with a good shout today and might see more than expected, especially since last night anyway. Getting a 2nd hit later would be amazing as well

Amazing red sunrise here !! Upgrades for Kent keeping coming and was not expected over night by myself, also forecast a few hours of snow 11pm to 1am as well, keep this up and I might be one very happy man later ! The missus on the other hand has to work so is not as excited !! Edit... the old man lives in Frome Somerset and is saying they have some very heavy snow there right now accumulating fast as well

Very happy waking up this morning and seeing a slight upgrade for Kent, as I went to sleep around midnight it was 4-5 hrs of light rain, now have 3 hours of heavy snow followed by 2 hours of sleet. Was not expecting that !!

That is true and there is still a chance for it to move I guess or to bring showers off the coast !! I will be up all night watching the UFC and Cricket so can keep an eye out for headcorn are which is more central Kent I’d say

I will pray for a slight shift east and south to benefit myself but still allowing all of us here to see a good amount !! sounds like I’m living in dreamland and asking for to much but a man can dream haha

I think the only way Kent might see a dusting or ok covering of snow is after it pivots and clears back over Kent into the sea. More likely to be rain/sleet the first time around and more snowy the 2nd on its way back hopefully enough for a dusting ! what’s others opinion on the above ?

If you get some I will be happy for you ! Hopefully one of us will see laying snow

I was going to watch ufc and then the cricket tonight and stay up tonight but it looks like my area in Kent is a bust but good luck to the rest of you !!

Currently just have rain forecast tomorrow for TN27 in Kent which is very disappointing!! Unless if shifts further south I can see Kent missing out on the white stuff and it being just sleet and rain. Someone feel free to prove me wrong and give me a glimmer of hope !

Really happy some of you are seeing snow !! correct me if I’m wrong but for me in Kent I feel like it will mainly be sleet at best for us on Sunday for a couple of hours someone please tell me I’m talking ****

Nice to be back after a few days away! Hope everyone is well ! Good to see some models still going for the white stuff on Saturday/Sunday but I’m really not going to get my hopes up. February may hopefully be more lucky for some of us fingers crossed. How far down did the snow make it yesterday seems it was further than first thought ?

Now it’s a long way away atm but potential for something at the weekend maybe ? I mean I am not getting my hopes up at all and will not bother looking again until the rain and floods pass Wednesday/Thursday but just wondering if anyone thinks there is a small potential? I am spending the next two/three days in and out of hospital to sort out my priosis (however it’s spelt) of the skin. so hope you all stay safe and well and hopefully come back to some promising news or build up for the weekend stay safe all !!!

2 mins of light snow at 7am here in headcorn then absolutely nothing apart from some drizzle. Nothing of note going to happen for the next week or so now apart from more rain so may have some time away ! I am happy for the ones that have seen snow. Anyway back to the cricket !

Live in the middle of Maidstone and ashford both have snow that has laid looking by the pictures I have been sent! Myself I have had a light snow shower and now rain!! This winter is not fair !

I will keep my fingers crossed for you !! Looks like here in Kent it’s very hit or miss so do a snowman for me please mate

You might be one of the lucky ones and it’s stays as snow you know ! Doesn’t look like turning to rain where you are any time soon

Just started here in TN27 very light at the moment, Met Office has it down as heavy at 9/10

Right off to sleep hope we all see some snow in the morning good luck everyone !!
