A Frayed Knot

Thunder to my south now as i type .

Great Thunderstorms down here earlier with intense rain and very loud explosive thunder and great lightning strikes 'all calm now with the sun showing its face .

Gusty squally showers passing on and off here ' wind do pick up when showers or longer outbreaks of rain arrive' also temperature has risen and feels quite warm and muggy .

Torrential rain here but no signs of funder or lightnin

Been to Porthcawl yesterday ' was nice and warm at 5pm at about 23c ' we have Thunderstorms 2 day so they say , kool ' love thunder and lightning .

All i have to say is ' if its Hot ' Then it is a Plume ' 30C ' Thats hot ' only 7 days ago some members were writing of Summer and all doom and gloom in here ' only the start of our Summer ' Enjoy it while it lasts for another month and a half ' yeh !! you seen it here first and a very cold Winter is coming .

I blame the EU Referendum '... just look at them temps in Northern France as well 'Shocking ' all be good though as Summer don't really start here in the UK (OUR UK NOW) Until late July

At last Heavy rain and a slight rumble of thunder .

Looks like Ireland is getting the best of the cells . 16.2 here ' feels much warmer than that though' Just got to love this weather .

Nice to read back on all posts 'some barmy and some ridicule .. Some post's later last month were where is the COLD and now the Cold is here are calling for where is the Snow ? Some moan as it was wet and very wet and Mild ' we are in a Cold spell at last and the Long Train Running as headed of down south , Dont look at Models as they are only Skeleton and Model delusion in many ways ' Look at FAX CHARTS .... The ones to go bye eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee, BTW ' I Smell when the North wins blows and a Blizzard xx

All i can say is that it is Brass Monkey's Outside . Down to -6.4 since this last post ' i am though in a rural area and not city .

Meto had my area down to about 2c ? More like -3.5c here and Pressure is 1002 and Dew Point is 95% Very white outside on Vehicles and also roof tops and also grass -3.8 now ' Time to get some wood in for tonight
