    Yeah it's a beautiful part of the world. From a weather perspective it's not always great, snow is like hen's teeth down here and we always seem to miss the worst of the thunderstorms

    Really dark this morning on the south Devon coast. A cool looking sky though, almost looks like sunrise but it's almost 11am

    The snow band today seems to be mainly north of Buffalo...I'd be absolutely spitting feathers

    Central Buffalo have seen very little so far. Imagine living there and seeing all that snow falling literally a few miles to the south. I think I'd personally be pulling my hair out in frustration

    Heavy shower this morning down in Kingsbridge, dry for the moment but more showers heading this way for this afternoon.

    A flash of lightning and a very loud crack of thunder. Scared the life out of me

    Heavy showers in Slapton this morning. More thundery showers heading this way now. Winds dropped significantly since last night although still breezy. Feeling cooler and fresher.

    Blowing an absolute hoolie on the south Devon coast. Can hear the wind really howling round the chimney

    Heavy rain in Slapton, no thunder or lightning. Looks like central southern England gonna get hit again. Getting fed up of seeing the same places get all the storms

    Not sure...the Met Office video forecast on their YouTube channel not showing much rain for the Southwest this evening at all. Most of the heavy rain staying further north in the Irish Sea. Guess we'll see what happens.

    Blowing a gale down down in Beesands although we are exposed to that easterly wind. Quite a big sea whipping up some big waves.

    Showers heading into Devon shortly. No thunderstorms though unfortunately. They seem to be heading towards central southern England once again. So frustrating seeing the same places always hogging the storms

    Lots of rain affecting most parts of Devon but been a relatively dry day in deepest South Devon. Amazing how different the climate is down here to the rest of the county, always seem to miss the heavy rain. Very annoying as I'm desperate to see some exciting weather
