I honestly can't believe we have the highest level in Europe on estofex tomorrow. Never thought I would ever see the day

I don't know what to expect from this event at all. Everything about it just seems so uncertain

Nothing is going to happen today from the looks of it but I've learnt something new in the form of anomalous propagation. Always wondered why there were tiny intense showers showing up on the radar where there shouldn't be anything.

Wait it activated again as it's gone over I'm officially out of the no storms club now. Apologies for spamming this is literally all the action I've had this year

Nope.... hold on I think it died before it reached me. Not surprised to be honest

Even with the increased activity in Scotland today I'm still in the no storms club.... sigh, when will I escape

I'm curious, do you guys prefer a thunderstorm in the daytime or when it's pitch black in the middle of the night? Personally I like watching them at night.

Wow.... simply remarkable, shame it's not heading north, seems most of the storm will funnel through the gap between England and France.

damn it feels like I'm dying of thirst in Scotland watching all you folks down south drowning. Really not the best place for storms here but at least I get to study meteorology at university. Anyway enjoy what's about to hit you, I'll just be sitting here with intense jealousy.

probably more strikes coming from that storm in five minutes than I have seen in my entire life....... how depressing.

Yep, nothing better than potential thunderstorms and then realizing that you will be stuck on a checkout at sainsburys when its meant to happen.

Northern Ireland seem to have the lions share of storms at the moment

Love how most of Europe is plagued with storms and we are just sitting here with literally nothing

It's at times like this I wish I didn't live in Scotland, missing out completely on these awesome events

Sun has finally broken through the thick cloud we've had all day, however the sky is very milky which will have to be burnt off soon
