Will we actually get any snow this cold spell it feels pretty tiresome looking for showers on the radar_zzzzzzz

GFS is over doing it easterly trying to come in later, but more south,gfs always puts zonal first before anything else, we will still see an easterly on the ecm 00z and GFS will upgrade don't worry night all

-10 850s for South East at 196hr it's coming

I posted last night about been led up the garden path and would leave anything forecast now for late next week with a pinch of salt only the 18z last night and now the 00z this morning push the pattern forward too quick by this time Sunday it will probably just be a blink and you will miss affair the high wants to do one fast or move to a worthwhile position hope for upgrades that slow the pattern down and brings in stronger northerly I think once we can get the cold in far enough south it could stay longer eventually we will have confidence in a cold prediction from the models but at the min not happening.

I must say both ecm and GFS looking good for late next week onwards I'm gonna have to take with a pinch of salt at min if still shows on the 12z Sunday il be a lot happier been led up that snowless garden path too many times this winter but is looking good.

I really do think it's all still to play I'm still very upbeat about model updates coming up been a strange few days really to be honest I still think an easterly is on the cards remember 0600z few days ago can never be forgotten watch this space if I'm wrong slate me but I can take it been up all night waiting for 06z happy new year

Interesting reading as always from everybody I might be on the wrong page but can't see much hope for cold and snow from the latest output today. It feels like it could get close then. Next time you look its gone so frustrating but if it was so simply we wouldn't be weather mad it's a rush that never goes away and we always come back for more but eventually we will get what we all want roll on the 00z and hope That stellar run comes and stays night all

Big changes from 12z to 18z at just 140 hours I'm new to forum but been taking notice of models etc for over 4 years now but just became a member love the posts on this thread I'm cold wanter in winter and warm wanter in summer I think we just need to relax and wait it will come.
