Tbf he does live in a tropical microclimate. I grew up in Plymouth, snow desert. Constant weather reports of entire country in Arctic and crossing fingers for a frost

I remember staying up one night in early dec 2010 and watching a Thames streamer make it all the way over to Bradford on Avon, 4inches and stayed until boxing day! Everything crossed for something similar next four days!
