Hopefully we don't get too much cold just yet ! I'm happy with this mild days and cool evening that we are getting now . I'd rather cold snowy weather December and January .

Much welcomed rain here too , It's quite nice to be doing a bit in doors but only for a day or two please . Really enjoying this summer !

Still got to find supplies but aiming to be finished sawing and chopping by end of April and going to let the wind and he sun do the rest...

Me too as we haven't really had many dry days have we ? Yes definitely aim to be finished by the end of April , so any fine days I'll be on the splitter ?!

given the fact this one's a bit more marginal, and less intense, at least that's the way i see it, i think calmer heads will prevail this time. i wonder how much perishable food wasted after that last one?

Yesterday was such a lovely day , got the washing out on the line , felt like spring was in the air ! Looks like a down grade on the 'beast' which after a spring taster yesterday I'm quite happy with that , it's been a long winter I fancy ! Roll on long days and plenty of sun please ?

Me too Andy ! People didn't take it seriously either and it's left so much damage too , the water pipes , I've got a lovely hole in my roof where the wind took a tile off ? hopefully it will get sorted today , anyway there definitely wasn't much warning for people to prepare as nobody really has much confidence in the weatherman these days ! Well on TV anyway , good to see you back Andy , keep us posted on tonight's events please ?
