    Are we looking at a West Yorkshire pivot on this system moving north. 50 miles south ... Going to be close. In going for a dusting in West Yorkshire rather than the covering the Midlands will see.

    I'm about that in SE Kent. Outside the Met O warning though. I'm hopeful a few will cross into Kent. However still sitting at 2 degrees here. I think the wind and partial cloud is preventing a plummet at the moment.

    Failing that what about a transitional event as it pivots and clears back through later in the day? I recall something similar happening in January last year. We saw a period of snow down to sea level as it cleared through.
