Just confirmed this L, lobleys mus be a few metres ASL from me.
None settling up this end of Lobleys, we must be on the edge of this lot, just some light flurries.

That's happened many times here too. Back in the summer, areas all around got 30mms of rain, and we only got about 4mm. Same sort of thing happens with wind. I don't think that will happen tomorrow. I'm feeling lucky about this one.
I can assure you that though the snow seems to pass us byin Gloucester, the rain definitely doesn't!!

Snowflakes are falling, I can see them out the window, so excited!! :-)
-
Temp 2.6c .. Going down again now.
Phew..
The outside thermometer on our kitchen window says 0C
-
Nearest weather station reports down to -5.6C, currently -4.5C dew point 6.6
Nice thick white frost outside, glad I am not car scrapping!
Let it snow let it snow let it snow .............please

Gloucesters about to have heavy snow , for about an hour
Snow still falling, larger flakes now, keep it coming!
-
Very light snow here, tiny flakes!
-
Small scattering of snow here on the car, not sure what time it fell but between 7pm and 9 pm!
-
Decided I wouldn't lamppost watch, however eyes now glued to this thread and getting sore with all the reading!!
Need to stop being addicted to 'snow watch', of course it would help said addiction if we got some!!

It is Snowing
Delighted for you Mullender, now if you could send it Gloucester way I would be mega happy! Currently dry here with cloudy sky, bitterly cold outside.
-
Apart from Lynux are there any other Gloucester folk on here, so I can keep a look out for your nowcast posts!
I am trying not to be a lamppost watcher this year, let's see if I succeed or bow to the excitement!!
Thanks

This is what we have at the moment.
Very fine snow falling ( Hoar frost )
Ah Coopers Edge, they had it bad 2 years ago too. We have it here on too on the other side of the bridge, although not as much!
-
We have a real mixture today, sun, clouds, heavy rain, sun, thunder storm, heavy rain and so it continues!!! More rain than in the winter months!!
-
Nice load of hailstones here at the moment - is this normal for Mid May??!!!!
-
This rain is definitely making up for lack of rain all winter. Shame we couldn't have had snow in this proportion!!
-
I heard it might snow - thought it was an April Fool's Joke as it is warm and sunny here again!! When I heard from a third unconnected person, decided to check on here to see if there were any forthcoming reports! Thanks Mullender!

Beautiful day here, warm, sunny, blue skies, better than last summer!!!!

The unexpected is so delightful! Just started snowing here, not masses, but fairly big flakes floating down! :-)

Nothing falling here now, off to bed!
