Seems to be stuck at 2c round here, pavements are quite slippery due to remaining frost in certain parts despite it raining too, if it gets cold enough tonight the pavements will be pretty nasty, gritters out for the roads though -
I'm surprised it looks mostly sleet in Wales if the radar is correct, thought they would at least get Snow in the mountain areas

Just rain here, temp is dropping roughly 1c an hour from a high of 5c, at 3c now

Lovely wintery day, frost stayed throughout the day in the shade, checked the bird baths and was about 2cm thick ice, can see cloud starting to roll in now as well so maybe they'll bring some dusting

Currently 2c here reached a low of -2.6c, still fairly frosty outside though

0.1c 5 minutes walk from the beach, so I imagine we'll definitely get below 0 in the next few hours

Plenty frost here, was still a light frost in the shade at midday, can certainly feel the cold now though although it's quite nice in Sun, now we wait for the streamers that probably won't show up

Even with the heating it's starting to feel chilly, shame it couldn't have come last year instead when things weren't in such a crisis

Not sure we got over 5c today, it was 4c midday when I went for my piano lesson, certainly starting to feel more wintery now, not sure if I should hope it should last and it goes colder and brings snow because it's going to be expensive if it does

Despite all the wet weather I'm surprised to see that our Reservoir levels haven't really improved all that much since the summer, I would have thought we'd be well over 60% capacity by now but it's still under

Can see quite a nice shelf cloud moving across to us from the East

Still booming here, keep going to look out the window but can't see any lightning

Quite frequent rumblings here now, wish it was night or darker so I could see the lightning, would probably be a decent storm

I thought I heard rumbles but assumed it was construction or something because it's Sunny right now but I checked the lightning map and it is thunder, really not a fan of daytime storms though

Some pretty nice sounding cracks of thunder but it's too infrequent to be window watching waiting for the flash

Can hear the rumbles now the rain is here, not overly active but better than nothing I suppose, it's so weird that all the heatwaves that fizzle out producing nothing yet today was just an averagely warm day and we get storms

Nice day today in the sun! I see regional reservoir levels still on a decline and almost at 50% a drop of 3% from last week
