    Shame really that this cold spell has petered out to be a standard cool spell.

    The big problem on here is so many posters want a 47/63 and are hyped up by long range charts. Until the expectations become 96 at max then many won't feel let down. As it stand's for the UK next week at the moment is looking very cold for most. Yes we don't get the snow but we do get cold. Moral of the post is stop believing past 96.

    If there was ever a fantasy run for snow then tonight's GFS has it all. Fabulous to look at but reality in the morning. Still great to see charts like that now and again.

    Well seeing up to 120 on both Op's I am happy with that. Both very similar. Will do for tonight.

    And at 72 in the reliable that's where we are and looking good. Anything past this now is for fun but nice to look at.

    This. I would be amazed they would put out their latest update if they weren't confident. The stuff they can see and their experience surely count's more than our opinions? Still all to play for and the 18Z Icon in my opinion is excellent.
