    18z keeping it windy. All eyes on the Met Office update tomorrow.

    Looks like we will lose the fence this time, very flimsy after Mondays gales. Looking a lot more severe Midlands northwards this storm. Wouldn't be surprised to see warnings upgraded tomorrow for some.

    Quite a mild run from the GFS and less stormy than previous runs. Has it picked a new trend? Wonder what ECM will show. By the way where is the Christmas Theme for the forum?

    Yep the U S of A is going steal the limelight this Christmas by the look's. Wet and windy may be our festive outlook. Good to see the jet going south in later runs?

    Had very bad flooding on the front this evening. Local news said expect the same again in the morning. Amazed how serious this situation has become for everyone down the coast.

    Agree. All this talk of cold and snow but the wind looks very worrying for some with flooding?

    A word from the wise. I have followed this forum and TWO from the beginning and after nearly 10 years winter model watching and every chart from all the suites the weather will do what it will do. Sure they give us an idea what may happen but more often than not become alot different nearer the time. Believe me 96 hours is the max to look at from any suite. It will save a lot of heart ache. As regards to the coming cold spell I don't see anything note worthy coming. But hey ho I don't look any further than 4 days.

    Temp 2.5 and dew point 1.3 here. More rain and bloody cold to come. Wish this bloody weather would sod of now.
