  2. yes, implied we had missed the bad weather and then showed a map with much of the country getting pasted tomorrow lol
  3. Are we sure that the (unforecasted) system in n England isn't coming our way? Radar shows it just south of Newcastle
  4. bring the cold and the snow shall follow frontal attacks from the west, convection from the east - charts still fine in the reliable tf

  11. beeb going for a (wet) snow event tonight in many parts of the central belt anyone know if this could upgade and hit lower levels? staying up late for muzza; might be nice to have some lamppost watching to keep the dog & I entertained
  12. people have been out on the ice all week; mum and bro walked out to an island yesterday and said that it is absolutely stunning! I am going skating there tomorrow (can't wait); I have no plans to sue anyone if I break a leg.

Hi; been lurking here + reading the general model output threads since 2004 working at home today & enjoying the covering that we still have here at Victoria Park in Edinburgh (unheard of in these parts) thanks to all for the informative posts; what a great site! Is it possible for snow from Fife to make it over the Forth to Ednburgh? (or does it have to be from the East?) crossing everything for a snowy dog walk later.
