  4. Got my camera, lightning detector and weather updates (phone) prepared for tonight.
  5. Good luck peeps don't get killed by hail, struck by lightning, washed away by floodwaters ( TURN AROUND DON'T DROWN) or get stuck in a coma because you were hit in the head by a tree!!
  6. No need for me to do any chasing as i'm right in the middle of the action but I might drop south to get a view of the storms on rural areas. Might get some good footage from Hampstead Heath!
  7. I'm exited for an MCS! probably will be extremely tired tomorrow from all the thunderstorm watching!
  8. I keeping coming back to this forum hoping someone will tell me that this weeks storms will be bad.
  9. I dont think this week will be that bad anymore, no more significant events apart from Saturday and I don't think it will be that bad. Still hoping for Saturday's 6z GFS run.
  10. Yeah I am exited for the Level 2. Just off the edge of it but I don't think there will be any supercells. Hoping for significant MCS Tuesday morning though!
  11. I remember when I was little, probably 5 or 6, (I can't remember what year) It was a summers day and suddenly it got dark, I remember seeing the tree in my garden bending all over the place. Suddenly the sky went black (I remember it was summer) and there was loads of lightning, pink, blue, white. It was pouring and I thought there was a tornado. I remember looking at the side of the road and seeing water streaming into the drains. I hope I see that again this Thursday or This week!!
  12. Yep. We finally thought we would get something interesting and the moment it started to materialise, it disappeared.
  13. All the models just keep pushing main severe risk further and further back, now its Saturday and I feel like it will never happen. The UK weather is terrible.
  14. Yeah but little shear, though over the top cape can mean storms can become severe. Though remember how far out that is. That's a lesson I had to learn many times.
